Resumen

La evolución de las prácticas de lectura y escritura, así como su enseñanza, ha estado estrechamente ligada a la incorporación de diversos recursos tecnológicos a lo largo de la historia. Desde la imprenta hasta la era digital, cada revolución tecnológica ha generado controversias sobre el impacto en las habilidades cognitivas y lingüísticas de traductores simultáneos digitales o el acceso masivo a internet. Cada avance ha provocado inicialmente resistencia y escepticismo. Tras la aparición de una nueva tecnología, han surgido nuevas preocupaciones, temores y críticas acerca de los posibles impactos negativos para el desarrollo de las competencias de escritura y los procesos superiores del pensamiento. Es importante entender estos temores para poder generar la confianza que permita integrar estas tecnologías al ejercicio pedagógico.
